Oops..

I find it strange that with so many events going on, I have ceased updating. Well, here's what's happening.

1. I went off island to go back to school shopping last Saturday and randomly ended up spending $450 of the money I earned this summer on the most precious puppy. She's half Chihuahua and half Jack Russell, and her name is Ophelia.

2. I started school. It's strange because I only have 3 classes at the school (6 is the normal number), so I've not spent much time there. It's nice, but at the same time I don't want to miss my senior year by never being at the school. Also, it's very strange to return without Troy. I miss him in the halls :(

3. My dad left for Rome for two weeks.

4. Finally, I've lost 5 pounds. Not because of self-discipline either, I'm sorry to say, but simply because all my eating time is consumed with my darling Ophelia.

new camera!

my father's father was a photography equipment collector, if you will, for a while back in the day. in his age, he doesn't use his outdated manual cameras anymore, and has given me one.

IT IS AMAZING.

I have taken no photos with it just yet; it will take me weeks to figure out much less use. but theres four nice ass lenses and many a filter and optimizer. needless to say, i have my work cut out for me.
